Data Deletion
This page explains how to delete the data WINGZ BUSINESS BARTER CORP. (“WingZ”) holds about you, including data received from an Instagram account connected to WingZ through Instagram Login.
Instagram data
If your Instagram account is connected to WingZ, you can delete everything we hold about it in any of these ways:
Open your site in the WingZ dashboard, go to Connectors, and press Disconnect. The access token and the connection are deleted immediately.
In the Instagram app, go to Settings, then Apps and websites, find WingZ and remove it. Instagram tells us, and we delete the connection automatically.
Email hossein@wingz.ai with the subject “Data deletion request” and your Instagram username. We confirm by email once it is done.
What is deleted
We delete the access token, the account’s ID and username, and any copies of its posts, comments, messages and insights we stored. Posts that were already published to Instagram stay on Instagram; delete those in Instagram itself. Deletion is completed within 30 days of the request, and the access token is deleted immediately.
Your WingZ account
To delete your WingZ account and everything in it, email hossein@wingz.ai from the address on the account. We will confirm before anything is removed and finish within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.
