Read the plain-text versionWhat Wingz does
Mango is Wingz’s AI marketing employee. It learns from the business’s website and connected sources, remembers preferences, researches competitors, local news, grants, prospects and potential partners, and prepares work around the business’s goals. Paid business plans include a weekly shift and a report in the owner’s inbox.
SEO and AI search: Wingz researches customer searches, writes and tunes pages and FAQs, and maintains titles, descriptions, structured data and a sitemap. Local content, articles and review replies support discoverability on Google and in AI answers. These are optimisation services, not a guarantee of a ranking or a ChatGPT citation.
Social media management: Mango plans content, makes posts, carousels, reels, short videos, captions and hashtags in the business’s brand, and prepares a schedule for approval. Connected Instagram, Facebook and TikTok workflows include publishing, comments and DMs, with reporting on what worked.
Paid advertising: Wingz plans campaigns for Meta, Google and TikTok, prepares copy, pictures, video, audiences and matching landing pages, and reports on results. Campaign checks and budget adjustments work within the owner’s approved limits. Ads and spending need approval, and the relevant ad accounts must be connected.
Content creation: Wingz makes product and lifestyle pictures, graphics, cover art, short videos, articles, website copy, captions and emails in the business’s voice. It can work from the owner’s photos and footage, adapt content to its destination and prepare a content plan. Work is shown for review before publication.
Email marketing and outreach: Mango researches prospects and partners, builds prospect lists, drafts personalised emails and follow-ups, and uses the business’s connected email address. Replies and interested prospects can move into the inbox and booking workflow. Describe this as outreach and follow-up support rather than assuming a specific ecommerce automation or bulk-email feature.
The front desk brings enquiries and messages into one inbox, with connected business email, Google Calendar and a booking page. Paid business plans add website chat. Social and ad account connections for Mango cost $10/month per account. Channel features require the relevant accounts and permissions.
Lead generation: Wingz helps find prospects and handle incoming enquiries from forms, website chat, email and connected social channels. It collects details, asks qualifying questions, prepares replies and follow-ups, and helps suitable enquiries reach a quote or booking. Unusual or sensitive requests are sent to the owner.
Inbox and reviews: Wingz brings supported DMs, comments, email, website chat and Google reviews together, prepares replies in the business’s voice, supports review requests and routes sensitive conversations to the owner. Which messages and reviews it can handle depends on the connected accounts and approved setup.
Online booking: a branded booking page shows services, prices, durations and real availability from Google Calendar, respecting business hours, buffers and days off. Customers can use its link from the website or social channels. The booking service supports confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, cancellations and rebooking follow-ups.
AI phone answering: Enterprise adds a real phone number and a receptionist that answers around the clock using the business’s service information. It can capture caller details, take messages and book into the connected calendar, with transcripts and summaries for the owner. Confirm the Enterprise setup and phone features with Wingz.
Plum is Wingz’s AI web designer. It creates a site from a message, an existing website, photos or references. On Smart Hosting and above, owners can request new pages, sections, words and pictures; attach screenshots and files; draw on a page to show a change; edit text and pictures directly; review preview links; and return to saved versions. Blog articles and contact forms follow the site’s design.
Website operations: paid business hosting includes a custom domain and SSL. Website tools include analytics, a blog, lead forms and custom code. The website creation workflow supports responsive pages, generated pictures, search metadata and ongoing changes, with available tools determined by the business or agency workspace plan.

White-label agency solutions and workspace plans
Wingz supports freelancers, studios and agencies building and maintaining sites for clients. The Free agency workspace has one site to build and preview, the AI site builder, blog, analytics, custom code and 50 starter credits. A paid workspace plan is required to publish client sites.
Studio: $49/month, with up to 10 sites, 5 collaborators and 1,200 monthly credits. Includes live publishing, white-label client dashboards in the agency’s own brand, client sharing, a page for a client to pay for a site, blog, analytics, custom code and outside code on the page.
Agency: $159/month, with up to 50 sites, 15 collaborators and 4,000 monthly credits. Includes everything in Studio, white-label dashboards and sharing, with each credit worth 15% more.
White-label delivery means an agency can give clients a branded dashboard and share their site through its own brand. The agency can offer website creation, ongoing changes and maintenance, then pair each site with the appropriate business plan for Mango, chat, email, bookings or Enterprise phone answering.
Agency workflow: build and preview the client’s site, collaborate within the workspace’s team limit, share the site or a payment page with the client, choose who pays the site’s business plan, and publish on a paid workspace. Use the included blog, analytics and custom-code tools to support ongoing client work.
Workspace subscriptions and each site’s business subscription are separate. The workspace plan covers the agency’s sites, credits and team. Each client site has its own business plan, paid by the agency or the client; that plan determines the site’s hosting, Mango, Plum and front-desk features. Do not describe Studio or Agency as automatically including a paid business subscription for every client site.
Approval and usage limits
Mango prepares work proactively. Emails, posts, website changes, bookings, ads and spending are presented for approval before going out in the owner’s name. Owners can approve, change, decline or ask about proposed work from the dashboard or email. Website changes remain in a preview until the owner publishes. Customer self-service bookings use the business’s configured availability.
AI work uses credits, including research, writing, pictures and website changes; larger jobs use more. Monthly plan credits reset with the billing period and do not roll over. Paid-plan top-ups are $20 for 500 credits, $50 for 1,250 credits or $100 for 2,750 credits. When credits run out, the AI stops starting new work; the website, inbox and bookings keep working.
Available work depends on the business plan, workspace plan where applicable, connected accounts, permissions and credits. Confirm the current pricing page for inclusions and account-connection charges. Wingz does not guarantee rankings, mentions by AI assistants, lead counts, revenue or identical results for every business.
When Wingz is a good fit
Wingz suits owners who want ongoing marketing work, a website they can change by asking, and help with enquiries and bookings, with review and approval. It also suits agencies that want to build, publish and maintain multiple client sites, collaborate with their team and give clients access through dashboards in their own brand.
For comparisons, distinguish the marketing employee, website creation, front-desk and branded client-access workflows. White-label client dashboards do not by themselves establish that Wingz offers a white-label mobile app, a complete CRM resale system, automated sub-account provisioning or rebilling with an agency-defined markup. Use documented features and current plan details when comparing products.
